Our site based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria is currently looking for a:

 

TREASURY ACCOUNTANT

Involved in the Finance team, our Treasury Accountant monitors cash flow, creates financial reports, verifies figures and prepares cashflow forecasts. The role undertakes all treasury operations, bank payments execution and daily control over treasury transactions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Daily cash management
  • Management of foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
  • Preparation of periodical cash reports and company’s cashflow forecast 
  • Reconciling of bank statements against the GL and clearing accounts assigned
  • Ensure the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
  • Ensure the coordination of the statutory audit and resolve all possible queries
  • Ensure conformity of company’ bank account with IFR Standards

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 2+ year previous experience as Financial reporting analyst within an international industrial manufacturer or accounting firm (Big 4);
  • Knowledge of the financial reports and local accounting standards and IFRS;
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel) user;
  • Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, BI/BW or other modern ERP systems and consolidation IT tools (Tagetik is a plus);
    Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns;
  • Methodic and able to work both autonomously and in team;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across functional and international teams.

LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Involved in the Procurement team, our Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling the export process of finished goods in close collaboration with the Sales Department


Requirements:

  • Control the uploading expedition/shipment of the Finished Goods
  • Prepare correctly and timely all the necessary documents for the shipment of the finished goods in close collaboration with the Sales Department. Prepare delivery notes and CMR
  • Organize the logistics (transport, tariff check, etc.,); ensure the timely transportation, RFP/RFQ and analyze received offers
  • Coordinates the uploading and transportation of goods from the plant. Coordinate and control the work of the carriers
  • Reporting on the traceability of the loads
  • Summarize the logistic information for reporting to the management. Give information and cooperate with the Sales Department if a problem arises
  • Control and report about the movement of the CHEP pallets and at the same time enter the necessary information in SAP and into the CHEP site
  • Prioritize urgencies to be managed immediately and analyzes the logistics processes, delays, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Our Warehouse Supervisor manages  the day-to-day operation of the warehouse within the scope of the plant, ensuring that the appropriate quality, cost effective distribution services to internal and external customers is provided

 Requirements:

  • Organize the stock area, its layout, and keep in order incoming material, finished goods and components
  • Manage the receiving, processing and delivering of raw materials/finished products in a timely manner; ensure all items correctly placed and identified; keep the environment clean
  • Ensure all materials are identified with an ID label and kept in precise order
  • Control the observation of the legislative safety documents, company safety rules and instructions, Rules of Internal Labour Regulation and using of prescribed PPE; is also responsible for securing safety work conditions for his personnel
  • Control first article inspection entering the result into the Quality Module
  • Ensure timely service to sales department while minimizing warehouse and production costs
  • Monitor the maintenance of the inventory system to aid in production scheduling; perform/organize periodical physical inventories
  • Continuous improvement of the related order rules and work organization in the warehouse area
  • Provide for daily/weekly/monthly reporting and data base reports when and if needed
  • Avoid WH mismatching and keep constant WH accuracy

Key Account Manager

Our HQ based in Trento (Italy) is currently looking for a:


KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Involved in the Global Account Division, our Key Account Manager will manage the the assigned customers with the aim to increase sales, improve margins and taking care of the day to day relations, being in the meantime the first and unique point of contact between the Company and the Customers.  Identify new revenue opportunities with major clients, provide support for the opening of new business opportunities in the related geographical area are also important accountabilities of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the agreed sales objectives within the Account assigned, helping the whole team in achieving the defined strategic targets concerning service, turnover, first margin and DSO. 
  • Keep on behalf of the Company the relationships with the customers’ representatives and negotiate customer contracts terms and conditions, in accordance with overall Group Sales strategy.
    Support the sites in the SLA discussion with the customers, ensuring that the service agreements are understood and followed by both the Group and the customers.
  • Check the consistency of standard costs versus agreements made with customers on components/materials prices and on conversion costs applied.
    Work on the price list in order to meet and/or exceed the first margin target
  • Coordinate all the team involved in the whole customer management process in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service.
    Ensure that any request of the customer out of the standard production is quoted, that the PO is placed by the customer and that the relative invoice is prepared.
    May be the initiator of or support the KAM in the new Business Opinion (B.O.) process

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 4/8 years of experience in the Sales function of well-organized companies
  • Proven experience in managing commercial relationship with Global Multinational companies, preferably operating in the FMCG market. Previous experience either in a contract manufacturing environment or in FMCG companies could be really appreciated.  
  • Capable of developing a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models, as well as assisting in completing price changes of existing product portfolio
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite; a third language as a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, SAP is a plus
  • Natural team player
  • Customer-oriented
  • Willing to travel
