SOURCING SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, our Sourcing Specialist ensures the development and management of the appropriate supplier base in order to guarantee that the business expectations are met in terms of Total Costs of Ownership and Supply Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Select the suppliers of materials and services, develop the supplier base localization process and support the Group functions in scouting new suppliers and products.
  • Minimization of supply risk, optimization of suppliers’ base
  • Negotiate contractual terms and manage the relationships with the suppliers, in order to meet current and future business expectations. Ensure that the plant needs are fully met in terms of price, service level and quality (lowest TCO).
  • Preparation of draft contracts; follow-up and daily check of the contract/order execution; provide feedback
  • Claim handling; monitoring of supplier's performance
  • Assist the Sourcing Manager in the execution of the plant’s yearly saving plan and bring to completion the Cost Improvement Initiatives assigned.
  • Reporting on current activities and achieved results; coordination with contracted Customs Agents activities of import, export, re-export etc.

Requirements:

  • Technical High School or University Degree in Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of experience as specialist (commodity, sourcing) within the Sourcing / Procurement department of an industrial manufacturing and / or processing global environment or in supply chain / FMCG environment.  
  • Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP as preferable requirement);
  • Willing to travel frequently; driving license
  • Analytical skills (including data collection, analysis and review; etc);

Material Planner

Our Site based in Plovdiv (Bulgaria), is currently looking for a:  

MATERIALS PLANNER

Our Materials Planner is responsible for handling Production Planning and Material Planning activities: tactical procurement (purchasing), proper planning, following and expediting purchase orders.

  Responsibilities:

  • Short and medium terms production planning. Monitor all the orders related to the production plan. Guarantee a manufacturing sequence that optimizes the production in terms of inputs’ use (machines, resources, materials), balancing capacity and resources. Rough Cut Capacity Planning.
  • Schedule production orders following our Customer requirements. Manage priorities in close contact with the Customer Service. Should proactively flag off demands which cannot be fulfilled.
  • Create purchase orders in line with agreed Minimum Order levels, timely sharing of forecasts to Vendors. Follow the order in every phase, ensuring the correct delivery both in terms of time and in terms of quantity, and by scheduled follow up with Internal Stake holders. Monitor Suppliers’ performance fostering a continuous improvement process.
  • Support the organization in achieving the Company’s objectives of maximum material availability and minimal inventory level. Regular monitoring of Safety Stock levels. Smooth transition with minimal inventory during Phase In/Phase Out of Products. Proactively managing exception messages. 
  • Monitors the suppliers’ performance with adequate metrics, fostering a continuous improvement process.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • University Degree in Administration, Economics, Management or Statistics
  • 2+ years of experience in the Production and Material Planning Department of a global manufacturing Company, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/MPS systems knowledge (SAP as preferable requirement)
  • Planning techniques (MTS, ATO, MTO, kanban, etc.), APICS as preferable;
  • Lean production, six sigma knowledge are preferable

SOURCING MANAGER

Our Sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing, contracting, delivery of materials and services needed for the Company Operations at minimum supply risk, with reasonable cost, respecting the required quality parameters. Responsibilities:

Our Project Engineer leads and coordinates implementation of new process/product initiatives, as well as savings improvements in the processes.  New initiatives such as new artwork, fragrances, material changes, changes in process. Responsibilities:
