Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.

Requirements:

SAP APPLICATION ANALYST - PP

Involved in the ICT Function and reporting to the SAP Application Manager (Operations), our SAP Application Analyst must act as business partner in supporting Process Owners, Key Users and End Users. The role is focused on being the internal SAP consultant and business analyst within the Company SAP environment for the PP module.  Our SAP Application Analyst defines, revises, optimizes, tests, implements and documents new business processes in collaboration with the colleagues of the SAP Competence Centre and the external consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand PO, KU, EU needs and analyze different solutions in collaboration with the SAP Delivery Manager and the SAP Competence Centre.
  • Analyze processes, divides them in parts and proposes improvements on them. Standardization and monitoring of the SAP main flows
  • Analyze and support the implementation of new software related to the given modules
  • System unit testing and integration / regression testing supporting. Guarantee the Integrity and the correct functioning of the system.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
  • University degree in Scientific or Technical disciplines (Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar)
  • Full Knowledge SAP - PP module

Requirements:

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 2nd shift

Our Production Supervisor supervises the control activities of the production process and guarantees a correct execution within the defined times and modalities in order to ensure the respect of production, quality and storage targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Shift Leaders to ensure the maximum efficacy of the production activities and the respect of the product evasion times; responsible for night shifts.
  • Assure the right sequence of evasion for production orders, organizing and making them available for the Shift Leaders, and guarantees a correct data of schedule adherence, in collaboration with the Planning department.
  • Contribute to the completion or modification of the production product sheets, in collaboration with the Engineering department and the Production Analyst.
  • Collaborate with the Planning department and the Production Manager in the weekly planning of the Work Center, ensuring the issuing of the weekly reports of the production centers.
  • Advise the Planning department in case of inconsistences between the planned data and the actual production capacities, and propose modifications of programs or sequences, with the aim of optimizing the customer service and rationalizing the corporate costs.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse in the activities of rotary material inventory
  • Ensuring safe work conditions for the personnel and for verifying the observance of the safety legislation and the relative Group rules and the use of the required PPE

Requirements:

  •  2 + years of operative experience in in the production process, preferably in a global manufacturing company operating in the FMCG industry.

Process Engineer - Packaging

Our plant based in Garland, Texas, is currently looking for a:

PROCESS ENGINEER – PACKAGING

Involved in the Industrial Operations local team, our Process Engineer analyzes the processes and propose/implement improvements that will ensure production lines run with optimum quality and reliability, following a lean manufacturing approach.


Responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement of production processes, with a heavy focus on PR (production Reliability) improvements (including changeover time), implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), training and support of operators in machine operation including creation of documents for centerline monitoring/adjustment and cleaning inspection and lubrication (CIL) implementation/monitoring, implementation of new process and changes on the current process as well as other tasks pertinent to the department
  • Execute the feasibilities tests, in case of new products and of modifications of existing products or following the set-up of new plants and the modification of existing plants.
  • Analyze the production times and the man/plant saturation using the MTM method, so as to obtain the best production compromise. The test is done systematically in order to monitor the process, both during the developmental stage of a new product and in case of modification of an existing product.
  • Define and validates through the Technically Supported Production Run execution the production stages, identifying the appropriate processes with the relative standard cycles and the maximum achievable performance data.
  • Manage the documents necessary in the Work Centres, in order to produce in a safe, efficient and effective way. Define the operative instructions for the internal processes connected to the product to be produced including SOP, CIL and Centerline instructions.
  • Works in partnership with operations supervisor and operations manager to understand the needs and work together towards the same goal of total quality and maximum PR on the lines.
  • Create and update line/plant layouts in AUTOCAD 2D. Supports new equipment development and implementation with formal drawings review and redline.
  • Work with vendors on design or improvement of new or existing equipment onsite. Availability to participate on offsite VAT (vendor acceptance tests)

 

Requirements:

  • University degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Controls Engineering)
  • 2+ years of previous experience working as a Process Engineer on a high-speed bottling / packaging line environment.

Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, our Sourcing Specialist ensures the development and management of the appropriate supplier base in order to guarantee that the business expectations are met in terms of Total Costs of Ownership and Supply Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the commodity technology roadmap aligning business requirements with supplier capabilities.
  • Assist the Sourcing Manager in the execution of the plant’s yearly saving plan and bring to completion the Cost Improvement Initiatives assigned.
  • Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement in quality, cost, service and technology.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and manage the relationships with the suppliers, in order to meet current and future business expectations. Ensure that the plant needs are fully met in terms of price, service level and quality (lowest TCO).
  • Establish process and procedure concerning the purchasing activity
  • Coach the team member and sure all the sourcing activities are aligned with company procedure and code of conduct.
  • Ensure the related work compliance with the requirements in terms of product safety, legality, product quality and systems management.

Requirements:

  • B.E./Diploma in Engineering Degree Fluency in English
    5 + years of experience as specialist (commodity, sourcing) within the Sourcing / Procurement department of an industrial manufacturing and / or processing global environment or in supply chain / FMCG environment  
  • Proficient at purchasing and supplier management/scouting
    Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP as preferable requirement)
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Analytical skills (including data collection, analysis and review; etc)
  • Continuous improvement oriented (Lean principles, Six Sigma, VA / VE)
  • Cross-functional communication
    Excellent problem solving
  • Willing to travel extensively
