PROCESS ENGINEER

Our Process Engineer concentrates on Efficiency, Yield, Productivity and Performance for new and existing products, provides process support to the manufacturing operations, embraces Lean production principles; oversees implementation of 5S and Health & Safety requirements to achieve accident free environment and actively resolves job delays in production through close coordination with Engineering, Quality and Procurement functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Close monitoring of the existing processes - Review the last day's performance and productivity trends
  • Maintain the understanding of current performance situation at a process level and monitors hours used vs. planned at a process level
  • Performs analysis of the Labor efficiency and Overall equipment efficiency
  • Facilitate continuous improvement activities including Kaizen workshops and Problem solving
  • Conduct 5S and Non-Value-Added audit review
  • Oversees all continuous improvement activities to the definition and the compilation of improvement plans, both quality and productivity
  • Creates operative routings and production versions in SAP for new and existing products
  • Actively participates in the new products launches assuring output is reachable and working positions are well organized
  • Performs training to the operators from process stand point, sharing best practice techniques

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Fluency in English
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations and production process Lean Manufacturing principles

SERVICE DESK ANALYST 

Our Service Desk Analyst acts as single point of contact (SPOC) on IT matters to provide first level of support, handling tickets and calls and use Incident and Service Fulfillment processes to apply Service Desk objectives. Cost effectiveness, service quality and business development are three of the main goals to be achieved following the ITIL® Standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and track IT costs related to assigned organization unit according with the budget validated by Central ICT. Manage local IT suppliers and apply needed procurement tasks according with local and central processes.
  • Act as a partner for local function directors to define and understand business requirements and propose proper actions/solutions to improve services according with Central IT strategy. Provide required reporting to local OU and Central IT.
  • Manage end-user requests (Incidents / SR), perform as first contact, first analysis and apply standard resolution tasks.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of submitted tickets, providing correct internal (IT backend) and external (users) contacts to ensure proper resolution and met established SLA.
  • Lead specific training for end-users
  • Support IT services evolution submitting RFC and working with other IT functions to identify possible improvements in existing (or new) IT services.

 

Requirements:

  • IT related high-school , Bachelor or Master degree in Information technology as preferable.

Involved in the Regional Account Division, our Key Account Assistant provides ongoing support to the KAMs and contributes in the implementation of business strategies, in order to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the realization of the sales objectives within the Key Account team, helping the KAM in achieving the defined strategic targets of service, turnover, first margin and DSO.
  • Support the KAM in monitoring and coordinating customer’s project developments to secure the proper level of internal support to new business opportunities, in maintaining the relationships with the customers’ representatives and in the negotiation of customer contracts, in sharing with customers the price list and the mini-project quotes and in the budgeting process.
  • May support the sites in the SLEA discussion with the customers, ensuring that the service agreements are understood and followed by both the Group and the customers.
  • Check the consistency of standard costs versus agreements made with customers on components/materials prices and on conversion costs applied. Executes the PPV check and submission to the customer for the approval.
  • Overview the customer payments making sure they respect contract agreements.
    Ensure that any request of the customer out of the standard production is quoted, that the PO is placed by the customer and that the relative invoice is prepared.
  • May be the initiator of or support the KAM in the new Business Opinion (B.O.) process.

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • 2/4 years of experience in the sales function of well-organized companies, preferably in the FMCG environment.
  • Capable of developing a complete understanding of different business models, with specific focus on pricing/cost management and project management.
  • Fluent in English; a third language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, SAP as a plus
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Submit documentation to comply with legal requirements in the federal/state/municipal spheres.
