Category Manager

Our HQ based in Trento (Italy) is currently looking for a

CATEGORY MANAGER

Involved in the Zobele Retail Solution business unit, our Category Manager identifies new product opportunities, manages the product range for ZRS clients and promotes the product portfolio through On/Off tools. This role is also in charge of leading the digital marketing program, with the aim to secure new leads, assure client’s loyalty and promote product range.

Responsibilities:

  • PRODUCT: Lead and manage the product pipeline of ZRS from a marketing perspective. Work closely with NPD & PM team to define product specifications and costs.
  • PRICE & PROMOTION: Analyse and support the promotion & pricing strategies for different products, on different markets & clients. Utilize digital tools as a key part of the strategy
  • PLACE: Market evaluations and assessment of competition. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • COMMUNICATION: Structure and Lead BU differential services and communication strategies. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing appropriate On/Off tools, materials and presentations.

Requirements:

  • B.S/M.S/PhD in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration or Industrial/Product design with business and/or marketing specialization.
  • Digital Marketing master/program as a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product & category management
  • Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing (Inbound, email marketing, Sales Navigator)
  • Capable in CRM environments (Salesforce)
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Proven experience in strategic planning (On/OFF)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business/Marketing background.
  • Customer-Partner relations management.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Global Account Manager

Our HQ based in Trento (Italy), is currently looking for a

GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

According to the Company goals and objectives, our Global Account Manager provides ongoing support to high value clients and contributes to the implementation of business strategies, in order to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts and new customers. The role supports the strategy set by Head of Global Accounts Division through its competences in Project Management, R&I and Supply Chain.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the realization of the sales objectives within assigned area of responsibility, helping the team in achieving the defined strategic targets in terms of new clients, service, turnover, first margin and DSO.
  • Support Key Account Directors/Managers in maintaining the relationships with the customers’ representatives and in the negotiation of customer contracts, in accordance with overall Group Sales strategy.
  • Support in new categories/products’ development projects, both technically and commercially with the aim, as long as pricing – capex is concerned, to ensure the delivery of every projects.
  • Check the consistency of standard costs versus agreements made with customers on components/materials prices and on conversion costs applied.
  • Support the sites in the SLEA discussion with the customers, ensuring that the service agreements are understood and followed by both the Group and the customers.
  • Overview customers’ payments as by contract agreements.
  • Support KAMs in preparing and sharing with customers the price list and the mini-project quotes in order to meet and/or exceed the first margin target indicated.
  • Contribute to coordinate the activities of all functions with whom the customer has direct contact, in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Ensure that any request of the customer out of the standard production is quoted, the PO is correctly placed by the customer and that the relative invoice is issued.
  • Support KAMs in the budgeting process and the related reviews. Maintain the budget files following the inputs given with reference to prices.
  • Collaborate with the KAMs in the new Business Opinion (B.O.) process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion business development etc.)
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for the management.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree preferably in Engineering.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales or R&D function in FMCG multinational Companies or by top contractors of this field of business.
  • Proven experience in managing commercial relationship with Global Multinational companies in the FMCG market
  • Capable of developing a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models, as well as assisting in completing price changes of existing product portfolio
  • Proficient in English; a second language is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Knowledge of an ERP system, SAP as preferable
  • Experience in project management
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset

Quality Engineer

Our site in Hermosillo, Sonora (Mexico), is currently looking for a


QUALITY ENGINEER

Involved in the Quality Function of the plant, our Quality Engineer meets the requirements pre-established by the Customer, complying with ISO-9001 and ISO-14001, tracks scrap levels and follow up on external and internal rejections.

Responsibilities:

  • Support for ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 audits, both external and internal.
  • Supervise quality Inspectors.
  • Support in the implementation and development of ZPS in our plant.
  • Ensure that staff understand and follow the safety, health and environmental regulations.
  • Make inspection plans, visual aids and procedures necessary to produce product according to customer's requirements.
  • Follow-up to the objectives of the post (KPIs).

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Systems ISO-9001 and ISO-14001, Improvement Projects and Quality Control.
  • Fluent English is a prerequisite.
  • ISO-9000 and ISO 14000
  • Internal, external audits
  • Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing (5 Ss, Poka yokes, continuous flow, SMED, TPM, VSM, Kanban).
  • Solving problems tools (5 for what?, 8 Ds, etc.)
