Our Site based in Stryama, Plovdiv - Bulgaria, is currently looking for a:                                                                      


Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, our Sourcing Specialist ensures the development and management of the appropriate supplier base in order to guarantee that the business expectations are met in terms of Total Costs of Ownership and Supply Service.


  • Select the suppliers of materials and services, develop the supplier base localization process and support the Group functions in scouting new suppliers and products.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and manage the relationships with the suppliers, in order to meet current and future business expectations. Ensure that the plant needs are fully met in terms of price, service level and quality (lowest TCO).
  • Assist the Sourcing Manager in the execution of the plant’s yearly saving plan and bring to completion the Cost Improvement Initiatives assigned.
  • Maintain short- and long-term plans for specific categories of purchasing.


  • Technical High School or University Degree in Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of experience as specialist (commodity, sourcing) within the Sourcing / Procurement department of an industrial manufacturing and / or processing global environment or in supply chain / FMCG environment.  
  • Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP as preferable requirement);
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Analytical skills (including data collection, analysis and review; etc);

Our Material Planner executes tactical procurement (purchasing) for production material through a proper planning, following and expediting purchase orders.


  • Plan and upload the purchasing orders on the base of reference contracts and/or direct relations with the suppliers, according to the forecast needs.
  • Follow the order in every phase, ensuring the correct delivery both in terms of time and in terms of correspondence between ordered and delivered, and receive the non-conformity reports.
  • Support the organization in achieving the Company’s objectives of maximum material availability and minimal inventory level.
  • Monitor the suppliers’ performance with adequate metrics, fostering a continuous improvement process.


  • University degree in Administration, Economics, Management or Statistics
  • Fluency in English
  • A 2+ years of experience in the Planning department of a global manufacturing company, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems knowledge (SAP as preferable requirement);
  • Planning techniques (MTS, ATO, MTO, kanban, etc.).
  • Lean production, six sigma knowledge are preferable.
  • Logistics and customs procedures (basic knowledge).
  • Microsoft Office

Our Production Manager is resposnsible for all the activities connected to the Production department, in order to ensure the achievement of the production objectives.



  • Ensure an efficient and operative use of the resources (staff, machines, materials, methods) to guarantee the achievement of the production, maintenance and storage targets in terms of volumes, quality, costs and delivery times.
  • Supervise the daily activities of the Production department. Cooperate with the Engineering and the Technology Operations departments in the introduction of new products and processes and in the modification of existing products and processes.
  • Guide the production program according to the sales forecasts, ensuring the correct timetables of the orders’ progresses; defines the calendar of the production personnel, analyzes the potential gaps and implements the corrective actions.
  • Cooperate to the definition and in the compilation of productivity improvement plans.
  • Is responsible for the management of the production workers, ensuring their appropriate training to guarantee the maximum efficacy in the achievement of the company’s objectives.
  • Ensure that the workers respect and follow the procedures regarding safety, health, environment and quality, and actively participates to the improvement of the Quality, Safety and Environment system in the area of his/her competence.


  • Fluency in English.

  • Qualified candidates will have 5+ year of experience preferably working in manufacturing operation environment for a big multinational Companies or having worked with them as a customer in project management, or in sales, or in purchase roles. Previous experience on the NA B2B market as preferable.
