SOURCING SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, our Sourcing Specialist ensures the development and management of the appropriate supplier base in order to guarantee that the business expectations are met in terms of Total Costs of Ownership and Supply Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Select the suppliers of materials and services, develop the supplier base localization process and support the Group functions in scouting new suppliers and products.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and manage the relationships with the suppliers, in order to meet current and future business expectations. Ensure that the plant needs are fully met in terms of price, service level and quality (lowest TCO).
  • Assist the Sourcing Manager in the execution of the plant’s yearly saving plan and bring to completion the Cost Improvement Initiatives assigned.
  • Maintain short- and long-term plans for specific categories of purchasing.

Requirements:

  • Technical High School or University Degree in Engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of experience as specialist (commodity, sourcing) within the Sourcing / Procurement department of an industrial manufacturing and / or processing global environment or in supply chain / FMCG environment.  
  • Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP as preferable requirement);
  • Willing to travel frequently

Our Material Planner executes tactical procurement (purchasing) for production material through a proper planning, following and expediting purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and upload the purchasing orders on the base of reference contracts and/or direct relations with the suppliers, according to the forecast needs.
  • Follow the order in every phase, ensuring the correct delivery both in terms of time and in terms of correspondence between ordered and delivered, and receive the non-conformity reports.

Requirements:

WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS SPECIALIST  

Our Warehouse and Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling the process of finished goods and raw materials in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Control the uploading expedition/shipment of the Finished Goods
  • Control and manage the receiving of raw materials.
  • Prepare correctly and timely all the necessary documents for the shipment of the finished goods in close collaboration with the Sales Department. Prepare delivery notes and CMR.
  • Arrange logistics (transport, tariff check, etc.,); ensure the timely transportation.
  • Coordinate the goods uploading and transportation from Zobele Bulgaria. Coordinate and control the deliveries of the materials from suppliers to final customers.
  • Coordinate and control the movement of the materials and finished goods between the two warehouses of the plant and the external warehouses.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the traceability of the loads which must be tracked together with the Sales Department.
  • Summarize the logistic information and prepare reports for the management. Give information and cooperate with the Sales Department if a problem arises.
  • Control and prepare reports about the movement of the CHEP pallets and at the same time enter the necessary information in SAP and into the CHEP site
  • Prepares reports on urgencies to be managed immediately and analyzes the logistics processes, delays, etc
  • Organize and coordinate periodic material cycle material counting as well as annual inventory counting
  • Maintain and ensure good conditions of the warehouse in terms of order, cleaning and safety.
  • Manage the movements of materials inside the warehouse as well as load and unload from trucks with forklift and pallet jack when necessary.
  • Perform also other specifically assigned tasks related to the job.

 

Requirements:

Our Headquarters based in Trento (Italy), is currently looking for a:

SENIOR INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER

Involved in the Technology Operations function, our Senior Industrialization Engineer analyzes and develops all the manufacturing processes and the related equipment linked to new or modified products, including new product launches, product modifications and capacity extensions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the D&D department in the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMEA) process implementation

  • Provide locally support on procedures and guidelines implementation mainly for global projects with multiple plants involved, assuring consistency across the sites
  • Lead the industrialization activities during the industrialization phase as part of the project team, defining the timing
  • On specific processes with implementations requiring unavailable local know-how, support the global equipment suppliers’ selection, negotiation and development
  • Coordinate the existing equipment assignment to new projects at Group level
  • The training of the teams involved in every project is a must for this role.

 

Requirements:

  •  Fluency in English is a prerequisite

Our Customer Service Manager is responsible for processing all the orders and forecasts coming from the customers, supporting the full process: whole flow of sales management - from the sales order until the delivery of the goods, ensuring that all customer expectations are met and maximizing the customer satisfaction.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process; follow the sales order implementation process and the delivery of documents through the Corporate ERP (SAP) system.
  • Manage the clients’ orders and monitor the levels of stock, samples, sales, material produced, demand planning, incoming orders and monthly turnover to assess the trend of sales. Execute the demand planning data entry on a weekly basis, using APO.
  • Agree the delivery and production schedules with the customers and give support for specific and difficult cases.
  • Collect complete and updated information for the requirements plan. Update the price list and fixes orders for correct forecasts.
  • Liaise with internal functions to meet the Client requests related to the creation and modification of bill of materials and to changes in product specifications (packaging, artworks, etc.).   • Ensure that, during new project launches, all operational activities (SKU mix change, delivery dates, etc.) are properly managed, keeping an open and effective communication flow with and between the customer and all the internal departments involved.
  • Manage customer requests in term of variable deliveries and handle customer queries. Liaise with the Quality department in case of quality complaints.
  • Prepares weekly reports on urgencies to be managed immediately and monthly analysis on stock level, obsolete materials, slow movements, etc.
  • Coordinate regularly with sites to receive updates about overdue payments, ensuring that payment conditions are managed as agreed. Prepare monthly reports for the customer and monitor the collection of credits.
  • Manage Clients’ audits and visits and release reports on the activities performed.
  • Handle Customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Generate sales leads on existing clients.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics or similar; equivalent professional experience in the role.
  • Excellent English language, more languages are a plus
  • 8/10 years in the role (Administration, Customer Service and Planning) as leader/manager of a team, in a multinational Company, better if in the FMCG environment

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.
