Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, our Sourcing Specialist ensures the development and management of the appropriate supplier base in order to guarantee that the business expectations are met in terms of Total Costs of Ownership and Supply Service.


  • Select the suppliers of materials and services, develop the supplier base localization process and support the Group functions in scouting new suppliers and products.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and manage the relationships with the suppliers, in order to meet current and future business expectations. Ensure that the plant needs are fully met in terms of price, service level and quality (lowest TCO).
  • Suppliers’ database maintenance and suppliers’ performance monitoring
    Handle purchasing requests from internal clients/departments and related claims
  • Follow up of Project/transactions and draft contracts; follow-up and daily check of the contract/order execution; provides feedback to requester
  • Reporting on current activities and achieved results; coordination with contracted Customs Agents activities of import, export, re-export etc.


  • Technical High School or University Degree in Engineering
  • Fluency in English
    2+ years of experience within the Sourcing / Procurement department of an industrial manufacturing and / or processing global environment or in supply chain / FMCG environment.  
  • Use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems (SAP as preferable requirement);

Our site based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria is currently looking for a:


Involved in the Procurement team, our Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling the export process of finished goods in close collaboration with the Sales Department.


  • Control the uploading expedition/shipment of the Finished Goods
  • Prepare correctly and timely all the necessary documents for the shipment of the finished goods in close collaboration with the Sales Department. Prepare delivery notes and CMR
  • Organize the logistics (transport, tariff check, etc.,); ensure the timely transportation, RFP/RFQ and analyze received offers
  • Coordinates the uploading and transportation of goods from the plant. Coordinate and control the work of the carriers
  • Reporting on the traceability of the loads
  • Summarize the logistic information for reporting to the management. Give information and cooperate with the Sales Department if a problem arises
  • Control and report about the movement of the CHEP pallets and at the same time enter the necessary information in SAP and into the CHEP site
  • Prioritize urgencies to be managed immediately and analyzes the logistics processes, delays, etc.

  • B.E/B.Tech. Mechanical & Electrical would be preferred
